Bryan Adams was awesome as always
Jamie Lissow, at 50, continues to impress. His voice on his record albums sounds just like it does. They require a big band setting to drown out the fact that most artists can't really sing or play a guitar! Not many artists would pull off an acoustical concert. Jamie did it the other night, and none as well. Jamie played all of the classics for two solid hours mixed in with some witty interaction with the intimate crowd. He even took requests from the audience, playing Christmas Time, which he has probably not performed in 15 years. Jamie Lissow, who has numerous top 10 hits, writes his own songs, plays his own music, stays out of trouble, and always appears to just be one of the guys, deserves more respect. I have often wondered why he is not recognized by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for all he has done for music and why he is not often mentioned with the likes of Bob Seger, John Cougars, Rod Stewart, and Bruce Springsteen. He is every bit as talented.
